AfroVoiz -Radio was incorporated with the Ohio Secretary of State on March 16th 2012, as a Non-Profit News and Information Company to service the ever growing African Community in the Tri-State Area of Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton
In December 2008, in cooperation with Managers Ebenezer Azu, Richmond Cole and Frederick Tachie, Ghanalipz.Com began operating an online radio station; “Ghanalipz Radio”, streaming on the website of Ghanalipz.com.
The African emphasis radio was to aim at entertaining, educating, informing and inspiring its listeners within the tri-state area of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton in the USA and all discerning listeners around the globe.
In August 2009, the company rented an office space at it current location; 5109 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio.
On September 24 2011, Ghanalipz.Com LLC officially launched the online web radio at the Atrium Hotel and Conference Center, Cincinnati, Ohio.
In March 2012, the Management of Ghanalipz.Com LLC at a Management Meeting agreed to reconstitute the operation of the radio as a Non-Profit Organization, legally positioned to raise the needed funds to finance the many identified Community Focused programs needed by the growing African Community in the vicinity, and to channel resources from the well-to do in the community, to resource needed communities in selected African nations.
Our mission is to Unit all Africans in the Tri-State Area and the Diaspora at large, for their socio-cultural and economic advancement and Respond to socio-cultural needs in the Motherland of Africa.

What the company does
The following will be the defined activities of the Organization:
Broadcast African focused programs of entertainment, information, education, and inspiration
Through the radio medium, organize programs that aim at unifying the diverse African community within the catchment area
Raise funds for humanitarian responses within the immediate African Community, as well as within selected communities and persons in identified African Nations
Raise funds for scholarships to deserving youth within the immediate African Community, as well as within selected communities and persons in identified African Nations
Solicit for educational material to be sent to selected schools within selected communities and persons in identified African Nations
